Step by step instructions
Once you have purchased the additional module for promotions you can configure it under 'Articles > promotions' In the module there are three types of promotions available. You can read below how they work!

Combi deal example
Setting up a combi deal
Combi deal: A combination of predefined products that are purchased, resulting in a fixed price, discount percentage, or discount amount. For example, you sell a hamburger menu consisting of a drink, hamburger and fries. When the employee taps these items separately, the promotion module will automatically recognise the combination and calculate the discount or set price.
- Go to 'Articles > Promotions' and press "+ Add promotion"
- Select the location (Store) where the promotion will be active
- Select the Time period that the promotion should be active
- Choose the Type of promotion you want to set - "Combi deal"
- Enter the number of products for which you want to give a discount and the product or product group
- Then add the product 'rules' that belong to this deal: Enter the type of discount at 'Effect' and the value of the amount
- Click "Save"

Setting up ticket discount
Ticket discount: Ticket discount allows you to calculate a discount for a certain value of the bill. For example, you can give a 10% discount if a guest has to pay more than €100.
An example of a ticket discount: 10% discount
- Go to 'Articles > Promotions' and press "+ Add promotion"
- Enter the 'name' of the promotional discount voucher
- Select the 'location' (store) where the promotion is active
- Select the 'time period' that the promotion should be active
- Select the 'Conditions' the promotion has to meet
- Then choose the 'Type of promotion' you want to set: "Ticket discount"
- Enter the 'Minimum ticket amount', at which discount may be given. At "Effect" enter the type of discount
- Click "Save"

Quantity discount example
Quantity discount: a quantity discount allows you to award a promotion when a guest has ordered a certain quantity of an item. For example, you can use this to run a promotion where the second coffee is half price.
An example of a volume discount: second cappuccino 50%.
- Go to 'Articles > Promotions' and press "+ Add promotion"
- Enter the 'Name' of the quantity discount promotion
- Select the 'Location' (Store) where the promotion is active
- Select the 'Time period' that the promotion should be active
- And choose the 'Type of promotion' you want to set up: "Quantity discount"
- Enter the 'Quantity' (in this case 2) and select the 'Articles' (cappuccino) to which it applies
- Define the result of the promotion at "Effect" (Percentage) and enter the value of the discount (50)
- Click "Save"
