On the main menu under 'General', click on the "Translations" category. At the top of the screen, open the dropdown menu to select which category of words you want to translate. When you select a category, all words that are available to translate in this category will appear.
Clicking on a word it becomes possible to enter or modify the translation. Some categories will have a 'pencil icon'. By clicking on the "pencil icon" it is possible to enter or modify a translation. When a word exists in multiple categories, the translation will automatically be applied to all locations.
The search field at the top of the screen makes it possible to search for a specific word quickly. Also, by enabling 'Show missing translations', the missing translation is highlighted in colour, making it easier to find it.
